Pocket Translator Privacy Policy

What we collect

Pocket Translator does not collect or store any personal information on our servers. There is no account or sign-in. Speech recognition, translation, and photo/text scanning all run entirely on your device — nothing you say, type, or photograph is sent anywhere or collected by this app. Your language preferences and saved favorites are stored locally on your device only.

Third-party services

• RevenueCat — processes subscription and purchase information. See revenuecat.com/privacy.
• Apple — handles all in-app purchases and subscription billing through the App Store.

How we use your data

Since translation, speech recognition, and photo scanning all happen on your device, we have no access to any of it. We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

Deleting the app removes all locally stored data (favorites, downloaded language models, and preferences). We have nothing to delete on our end since we never receive it.
